Charlotte Morales
Owner & Director
With a B.A. in Humanities and an M.A.T. from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, Charlotte brings a deep understanding of human behavior to her work in fitness and holistic wellness. Over the past 15 years, she has cultivated a diverse and impactful coaching practice rooted in both education and experience.
Charlotte holds a 200-hour RYT Yoga Certification, with additional training in Baptiste and hot yoga. She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Precision Nutrition Coach, offering a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to personal health and transformation.
Her coaching style focuses on sustainable, habit-based change. By helping clients build accountability systems, develop consistency, and embrace a supportive community, Charlotte guides them toward meaningful and lasting results. She believes fitness should be something you look forward to—not another task on your to-do list.
A strong advocate for the often-overlooked role of mindfulness in health, Charlotte incorporates strategies that empower clients to overcome perceived limitations, build resilience, and tap into a bigger-picture mindset. The habits and tools she teaches are designed to become part of your lifestyle—not a temporary fix.
Charlotte’s ultimate goal is to help individuals build confidence, reclaim joy in movement, and let their inner light shine in all areas of life.
Outside of coaching, Charlotte enjoys time with friends and family (including her beloved cat, Pepper), traveling, reading, and working on her piano skills. Greece, Australia, and Thailand are at the top of her travel bucket list.
